Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.

Delrin (Polyoxy-Methylene), also known as Acetal, Polyacetal, and POM, is an engineering thermoplastic commonly used for precision parts that require high strength, hardness and rigidity. It is a tough material with a low coefficient of friction and high abrasion resistance. It has good electrical and dielectric properties, low water absorption. Naturally white in color it does accept opaque colors well and can be polished to a shine. Delrin is typically difficult to bond but can be bonded with epoxies, polyurethanes and cyanoacrylates (superglue). It has good chemical resistance but is sensitive to mineral acids, chlorine, and alkaline degradation. |
Pom Plastic Ball Properties
Low Cost: Compared to other polymer components, POM is very cost effective, making it the perfect material for applications that require a high volume of components.
High stiffness and strength: POM has a high modulus of elasticity, which means it is stiff and provides good structural support. It also has good tensile strength, which makes it resistant to breaking or cracking under tension.
