Feature	Delrin (Polyoxy-Methylene), also known as Acetal, Polyacetal, and POM, is an engineering thermoplastic commonly used for precision parts that require high strength, hardness and rigidity. It is a tough material with a low coefficient of friction and high abrasion resistance. It has good electrical and dielectric properties, low water absorption. Naturally white in color it does accept opaque colors well and can be polished to a shine. Delrin is typically difficult to bond but can be bonded with epoxies, polyurethanes and cyanoacrylates (superglue). It has good chemical resistance but is sensitive to mineral acids, chlorine, and alkaline degradation.

Types of Sealing Balls and Mechanisms:

Sealing Plugs/Expanders (Push-type): These are two-piece, all-metal components where a ball is pressed into a sleeve, causing it to expand into a drilled hole (typically 0.2 mm smaller than the ball) for a reliable, permanent seal.

Floating Ball Valves: The ball is not fixed to the stem, allowing it to "float" downstream under pressure and seal against the downstream seat.

Elastic Sealing Pairs: Used in high-temperature, high-pressure applications to automatically adjust to, and maintain, sealing performance despite pressure or temperature changes.

Jewelry Sealing Balls: Used in a ball-and-socket fashion (often with a base) to hold items for engraving or setting

After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.
