After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.

Introduction of Tungsten Alloy Ball
Tungsten heavy alloy balls are usually consisted of W-Ni- Fe or W-Ni- Cu or even W-Ni-Cu-Fe, some tungsten alloy is added Co, Mo, Cr, etc. It could be made as many shapes. Tungsten alloy ball is in small volume with high density, which means it could be used in some fields need the little but heavy parts.

Its advantages are as follows:
High density, up to 15.1 g/cm3, porosity is small, with super wear resistance and corrosion resistance, longer than ordinary tungsten steel ball life.
High precision, tolerance no more than 0.001 MM, good finish, no pockmarks, surface strengthened treatment.
Small batch production, the company can produce at least 3 grains, and ensure the production process of ellipticity.
Large specific gravity. Its density of 19.25g/cm3 is close to the density of gold (19.3g/cm3) and is twice higher than that of lead, so it is easier to achieve weight classification.
Friendly to the ecological environment. Compared with heavy metal lead material, the tungsten alloy ball is more suitable as a counterweight because it is non-toxic and pollution-free.
Good wear resistance. Even if it works for a long time, it will not be scratched or split.
Excellent machining performance. Compared with other alloy materials, tungsten alloy is easier to process, so the processing cost is relatively lower.
Smaller volume expansion coefficient. Its volume is not easy to change significantly due to changes in the external environment temperature.

Small tungsten alloy balls:
The diameter is usually between 1 mm and 10 mm, and are often used for balance and counterweights in precision instruments and micro-devices.
Medium tungsten alloy balls:
The diameter ranges from 10 mm to 50 mm. Tungsten alloy balls of this size are widely used in mechanical engineering, sports equipment and aerospace.
Large tungsten alloy balls:
The diameter exceeds 50 mm, which is suitable for industrial applications such as balance balls for large equipment and heavy weights.
