Products Description

Solid plastic balls (usually made of polyoxymethylene POM material) used in slide rails mainly serve the functions of reducing friction, wear resistance, and smooth guidance. They are commonly used in drawer slides, curtain slides, furniture slides, and other scenarios .

Main purpose
As a sliding ball: replacing metal balls in sliding rail systems to reduce friction and noise.
Load bearing and evenly distributing pressure: Smooth opening and closing are achieved through rolling to avoid rail jamming.
Corrosion resistant and self-lubricating: suitable for humid environments (such as bathrooms, kitchens) or occasions with low lubrication requirements.

Usage method
1. Installed in the track of the slide rail: Insert the plastic ball into the ball groove or circulating track of the slide rail, so that it can roll freely in the track.
2. Used in conjunction with a sliding rail structure: It is usually used in conjunction with a metal or plastic sliding rail body to form a "ball type sliding system", commonly found in furniture hardware such as three section rails and hidden sliding rails.
3. No need for additional lubrication: POM material has self-lubricating properties and can generally operate dry, reducing maintenance requirements.
