Certification
Thanks to our extensive experience, our qualified and dedicated employees and the implementation of systematic quality management, we are able to ensure consistently high product quality and let our factory already got ISO SGS ROHS REACH certificates.
Quality Assurance
Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.
Customization
Plastic balls can be customized with non-standard specifications, or with hole design ,color customization and Size customization.
If you need to customize other products, please state your requirements or provide drawings. We will have professional engineers provide you with professional services to meet your requirements.
Brass Ball
Brass balls exhibit good corrosion resistance in environments where fuel oil, gasoline, kerosene, and alcohol are present. Brass is a non-ferrous material that provides excellent resistance to corrosion by water and also exhibits excellent electrical conductivity.
Description
|
Feature Category |
Specific Parameters / Performance |
Significance of Application |
|
Density |
8.4-8.8g/cm³ |
It is heavier than plastic balls and glass balls and is suitable for scenarios that require "weight compensation" or "gravity-driven" functions (such as the weight ball for door locks) |
|
Hardness |
(HB)60-120 |
The hardness is moderate, which not only avoids brittle fracture (such as in cast iron balls), but also can withstand certain friction and impact (such as in bearing auxiliary balls) |
|
Corrosion Resistance |
Better than pure iron and carbon steel, but inferior to stainless steel. |
It is not prone to rust in dry air, fresh water or neutral environment. However, it will be corroded by strong acids and strong alkalis if exposed to them for a long time. Therefore, the model should be selected according to the usage environment. |
|
Machinability |
Easy to forge, cast, machine and polish |
It can be manufactured into micro balls ranging from millimeter size to large balls of centimeter size. The surface can be polished to a mirror finish, suitable for different precision requirements. |
|
Thermal / Electrical Conductivity |
The thermal conductivity is approximately 100-120 W/(m·K), and the electrical conductivity is 60%-70% of that of pure copper. |
Suitable for scenarios that require "heat dissipation" or "low conductivity" (such as small heat dissipation components, anti-static devices) |

Characteristic:
Our pure copper ball are noted for their corrosion resistance and their excellent ability to conduct both heat and electricity.
While their conductivity makes them ideal for electrical applications, their corrosion resistance suits them to use in marine environments and industrial settings where halogens, salts, sulphides, and water are present.

Versatility
Demonstrated by their wide range of applications across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and fluid control systems. Their durability and resistance to temperature variations make them a reliable choice for many different uses.
Machinability
Known for its excellent machinability, allowing for precise and efficient manufacturing of brass balls. This leads to high-quality products with smooth finishes, ideal for both industrial applications and consumer products.
Aesthetic Appeal
Brass has a distinctive, bright gold-like appearance that enhances the visual appeal of any application. Brass balls are often used in decorative and architectural applications to add a touch of elegance and luxury.
Electrical Conductivity
Highly conductive, making ideal for applications requiring good electrical conductivity, such as electrical components and connectors. This ensures efficient and reliable performance in electrical systems.
Corrosion Resistance
Excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, making them suitable for use in harsh environments, including those exposed to moisture and chemicals. This property extends the lifespan of products and reduces maintenance needs.
Material
The body of the brass ball valve is typically made of brass, which is a strong and durable material that is resistant to corrosion and wear. The ball itself is usually made of chrome-plated brass or stainless steel, which makes it resistant to rust and wear. The seals and gaskets in the valve are made of materials such as NBR, EPDM, or PTFE, which are all resistant to chemicals and heat.
