Quality Assurance
Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.

Its surface is highly polished and very smooth, usually in black color. Our product grades are G5-G20, reaching various industry standards. Our products are available in a variety of specifications, from 0.5mm to 100mm. However, we also provide customized services of special sizes for customers with large orders. Production Process of Silicon Carbide Balls
Sorting and Separation:
Separate other materials from the silicon carbide waste and remove corroded parts from the surface using mechanical cutting or pressing.
Crushing:
Crush the separated silicon carbide waste into finer particles.
Decontamination:
Treat the separated waste in a decontamination system.
Mixing:
Mix the crushed silicon carbide powder with water and bentonite evenly.
Forming:
Send the mixed silicon carbide material into a balling machine to form silicon carbide balls.
Curing:
Cure the formed silicon carbide balls naturally for 4-7 days to create the deoxidizer.

Special bearings and pumps, electric switches and sensors, medical instruments. They are used in automotive, aviation and aerospace, naval, petroleum, chemical and electronic industry.
Corrosion resistance
Good corrosion resistance in dilute and concentrated acids, moderate strength in alkalis and halogens. Unstable in contact with molten metals. Resistant to hydrofluoric and sulfuric acids and sodium hydroxide. Satisfactory strength in nitric and ideo-chloric acids.
