Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.

Ptfe Plastic Balls
PTFE – Teflon balls have a nonstick, slippery surface. Fluorinated semicrystalline polymer balls are light in weight and used in high temperature applications because they have excellent corrosion resistance. Compared to other plastic materials, it has weaker mechanical and wear resistance qualities. They are auto lubricant and effective electric insulators. If Teflon is subjected to electromagnetic radiation, its characteristics alter.

Feature |
Low weight fluorinated semicrystalline polymer balls, they provide exceptional corrosion resistance and are used into high temperature applications. Mechanical and wear resistance properties are lower than other plastic materials. Good electric insulators, they are auto lubricant. Teflon properties change if they are exposed to electromagnetic radiations. |

Ball bearings, special valves (very aggressive environments), measurement and medical instruments, appliances. They are used into foodstuff, paper, chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical industry. |
Product advantages:
Heat resistance: Has excellent high and low temperature resistance. Generally, it can be used continuously between -190ºC~260ºC, has remarkable thermal stability, can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement, and does not melt under high temperature.
Insulation: It has strong dielectric properties.
Corrosion resistance:
It is hardly corroded by any chemicals and solvents, and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
Atmospheric aging resistance:
Long-term exposure to the atmosphere and its performance remain unchanged.
Non-sticky:
It has the smallest surface tension among solid materials and does not adhere to any substances.
Lubrication and wear resistance:
Has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load is sliding, it is because of its strong lubricity, which is also outstanding in wear resistance.
Colors & pigments (solid and speckled appearance) are available
Virgin PTFE material is generally white (slightly off white), but color can be custom blended (prior to molding) to aid in part identication or for other ornamental purposes. Colored PTFE generally exhibits the color of the type of filler added. PTFE Compounds with color include white or red glass, molybdenum disulfide (grey), stainless steel (brown), carbon/graphite (black), bronze, etc.. Solid blue and blue speckled are also possible.
