We have two factories to produce our balls , one is Located in Henan province (cover 10000 square meters and with more than 200 sets machines), another is located in Shandong province (cover 5000 square meters and with more than 50 sets machines).

Quality Assurance
Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.
Customization
Plastic balls can be customized with non-standard specifications, or with hole design ,color customization and Size customization.

201 Stainless Steel Ball
Stainless steel ball 201, recommended for economical, low-corrosion environment scenarios. It replaces part of the nickel with manganese and nitrogen, has low cost and excellent machining performance, moderate hardness (HRC≤28), and better wear resistance than 304 stainless steel, suitable for bearings, hardware accessories, decorations and general mechanical parts in dry environments.

Performance Characteristics:
Corrosion Resistance:
The corrosion resistance of 201 stainless steel is superior to that of ordinary steel, but not as good as 304 stainless steel. It performs well in mildly corrosive environments (such as indoor dry environments), but may exhibit pitting and crevice corrosion in salt spray or chloride environments.
Strength and Hardness:
201 Stainless steel has higher strength and hardness, making it suitable for applications requiring a certain level of strength.
Formability and Workability:
It has good cold working properties and is suitable for processes like cold rolling and cold drawing. However, due to its higher manganese content, its weldability is relatively poor. Post-weld treatment is necessary to prevent corrosion in the welded areas.
Magnetic Properties:
201 Stainless steel is non-magnetic in the annealed state, but may exhibit slight magnetism after cold working.
