The FG500P used in this production is a medium viscosity polyoxymethylene (POM) developed by DuPont, which belongs to the food grade material. It has passed authoritative certifications such as the US FDA 21CFR and EU 10/2011, and can be directly used in food, drinking water, and drug contact scenarios. It is safe, non-toxic, low odor, and low VOC emissions.
-High mechanical strength: With a tensile strength of 70MPa and a bending modulus of 2900MPa, it has good rigidity, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and is not easily deformed under long-term loads.
-Excellent self-lubricating and wear-resistant: The friction coefficient is only 0.1-0.3 (much lower than that of metals), requiring no additional lubrication. It is wear-resistant, creep resistant, and has a long service life.
-Excellent dimensional stability: small molding shrinkage rate (2.0% longitudinally, 1.9% transversely), hot deformation temperature of 158 ° C, maintaining high precision in a wide temperature environment.
-Chemical corrosion resistance: acid and alkali resistant, grease resistant, solvent resistant, can be in long-term contact with food media, cleaning agents, and industrial fluids, and is not easily aged or deteriorated.
