Do you want to know which solid plastic ball manufacturers is good ?  Today we answer to you ,it's us Ningyang Xinxin Stainless Steel Ball Manufacture Co.,Ltd .

So why we are a good solid plastic ball manufacturers, below is our introduce ,please check our below explain :

Solid Plastic Ball Factory: Two Plants, 0.8 mm–200 mm Range, G0–G3 Tolerance

A ball manufacturer operating two production sites in Henan and Shandong provinces has consolidated its solid plastic ball output into a single in-house chain - injection moulding and machining, then secondary precision grinding and polishing - covering spheres from 0.8 mm to 200 mm in POM, PP, PA6/PA66, PTFE, PEEK, PS, HDPE, ABS and acrylic.

The company produces solid plastic balls for lotion pumps and trigger sprayers, drawer slides, low-load bearings, check valves, level floats and medical one-way valves. Buyers evaluating a new supplier can order free samples before committing to tooling.

Two plants, one supply chain

The company runs two sites rather than one. Its Henan plant covers 10,000 m² with more than 200 machines; its Shandong plant covers 5,000 m² with more than 50 machines, for roughly 15,000 m² of combined floor space.

The practical effect for a buyer is scheduling. When one site's capacity is committed, the second site can take the order without changing the specification, the tooling or the inspection standard. For OEMs running seasonal builds - sprayer and dispenser programmes tend to peak before the northern-hemisphere season - that redundancy is the difference between a shipment and a stock-out.

Why a solid ball, and not a hollow one

A hollow sphere is a shell. A solid sphere is a mass with a centre of gravity that coincides with its geometric centre. That difference decides how the part behaves in three common jobs:

Sealing. In a check valve or one-way valve, the ball has to seat the same way on every cycle. A solid, dense body with true roundness seats with line contact and holds. A hollow shell can deform, float or chatter.

Rolling. In drawer slides, low-load bearings and universal-ball assemblies, a solid ball takes load without crushing. Balls in the 3.9–4.762 mm band are stocked specifically for slide hardware.

Weighting. A solid ball gives predictable mass distribution without the electrical or magnetic interference a metal ball introduces - which is why solid plastic balls are used in medical mixing, cosmetic blending, level calibration and practice or training equipment.

Solid Plastic Ball

Material range and the problem each one solves

Material Density (g/cm³) What it is chosen for
PP ~0.905 Lowest density in the range; floats; chemical and electrical resistance
HDPE 0.94–0.97 Light, tough, low water uptake
PS ~1.05 Rigid, dimensionally stable, low cost
ABS 1.03–1.08 Impact resistance with a clean moulded finish
Acrylic (PMMA) 1.17–1.20 Optical clarity, display and visual applications
PA6 ~1.13 Wear resistance with self-lubrication
PA66 ~1.14 Higher stiffness than PA6; suited to transmission parts
PEEK ~1.30 High-temperature and high-end machinery duty
POM (acetal) ~1.41 Hardest and most wear-resistant of the common plastics; low water absorption
PTFE ~2.16 Chemical inertness and the widest temperature window; the highest-density plastic option

Density is the number that decides whether a ball floats, sinks or sits in a specified position in a liquid. PP at roughly 0.905 g/cm³ floats on water; PTFE at roughly 2.16 g/cm³ does not. Buyers specifying level floats or buoyancy elements should size the material against the actual process liquid, not against a generic "plastic" assumption.

Tolerance, grade and roundness

Solid plastic balls are produced to G0–G3 grades with tolerances held between ±0.01 mm and ±0.05 mm, depending on diameter and material. POM balls for lotion-pump duty are routinely held to ±0.02 mm.

Two things matter more than the number on a certificate. First, roundness: a ball can sit inside its diameter tolerance and still be out of round, which shows up as jamming in a slide or leakage at a valve seat. Second, batch consistency: fifty good balls prove nothing if the five-thousandth does not match them. Buyers should ask for a dimensional report covering roundness, not diameter alone, and should approve a pre-production sample before mass production.

Stock, samples and lead times

Common sizes are held in factory stock, which is why in-stock items are dispatched in about four days and why price on those sizes does not carry a tooling premium. Custom sizes and materials run 15–30 days.

Samples are supplied free of charge; the buyer covers freight, and samples typically leave within two to three days. For a pump or valve programme, that means the ball can be tested in the buyer's own valve body before any purchase order exists - the only test that actually predicts field performance.

Minimum order quantity starts at 100 pieces for catalogue items.

Quality control and certification

The factory holds ISO certification, and its plastic balls carry FDA certification. PTFE solid plastic balls have been reported to pass EU REACH testing, published on the company's news page.

Buyers should note the difference between a material certificate and a batch certificate. Material certification confirms what went into the ball; a batch inspection report confirms what came out. For regulated end products - anything touching pharmaceuticals, food contact or medical devices - ask for both, and ask which specific compound grade (for example FG500P Delrin for lotion-pump service) the balls were moulded from.

Where these balls go

Pumps and dispensers - lotion pump and trigger sprayer check balls, dispenser valve seats

Furniture and hardware - drawer slide balls, rollers, universal-ball assemblies

Fluid control - check valve and one-way valve cores, hydraulic and pneumatic components

Instrumentation - level switch floats, level calibration and sight-glass indicators

Medical and laboratory - ventilator one-way valves, medication mixing balls, lab testing equipment

Cosmetics - mixing balls for high-end formulations, nail-polish agitator beads

Sports and training - reusable paintballs, balance and weight-training equipment, fascia balls

Electrical and electronic - insulating supports, switch trigger balls, anti-static balls

Export markets

Shipments go to the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Brazil, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and Poland, among others. Ports of loading include Qingdao, Shanghai and Ningbo. Payment terms include T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union and Trade Assurance.

A buyer's checklist before placing the order

Four questions separate a specification that will run from one that will not:

What grade, not just what size? "10 mm POM ball" is not a specification. "10 mm POM ball, G1, ±0.02 mm, roundness per drawing" is.

Which compound? POM-C and POM-H behave differently in moisture and chemical service. Name the grade.

What is the batch inspection report? Diameter, roundness, surface finish, and the sampling plan behind them.

What happens when the mould wears? Ask how dimensional drift is monitored across a production run - this is where a factory's process control, not its equipment list, becomes visible.

The claim we are prepared to defend

We are not the cheapest source of solid plastic balls, and we do not try to be. We are the factory that a pump, valve or mobility OEM calls when the ball has to work the first time - because we mould it, grind it, measure it and ship it ourselves, across two plants, in ten materials and from 0.8 mm to 200 mm.

Send us the application, the material and the tolerance. We will send back a sample to test in your own hardware.
