Polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as acetal, is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness,
low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. Its has good electrical insulating properties and self lubricates in use. It
can be operated within a wide operating temperature range up to 150℃.

Color : POM balls are generally produced in an almost pure white colour however dependent on manufacturing origin can be off white
or yellowy white, yellow, orange, blue, brown, black and grays are all common. There is no difference in the material properties
in different colours - it is merely the pigment.

POM Plastic balls have high hardness and rigidity, high resistance to creep and stress relaxation, excellent wear resistance,self-lubricating properties, fatigue resistance, high-density and high structural properties as linear polymers. Plastic balls have good comprehensive performance and fatigue resistance. And resistant to multiple repeated impacts with minimal changes in strength. The precision of plastic balls reaches+1-0.02 to 0.001mm, with no mold lines, no burrs, smooth surface, high technology, and high quality, providing high-precision customers with the option to choose!
The production steps of our plastic balls as below :
1. Raw Material
2. Injection: The POM Raw material is then fed into an injection molding machine, which heats and melts the plastic before injecting it into a mold.
3. Grinding, Grind the middle clamping line down and then grind it to a certain accuracy.
