Solid nylon balls are a type of engineering plastic balls. They possess excellent high strength, toughness, self-lubricating properties, as well as chemical resistance, temperature resistance, insulation, and other characteristics. These properties make nylon balls an ideal plastic material for manufacturing mechanical parts such as bearings, gears, and pulleys.

Types of nylon balls

There is not just one type of nylon balls. Depending on the different nylon models and additives, their properties also vary:
Polyamide 66 (PA66): The most widely used and common type, with excellent comprehensive properties.
Polyamide 6 (PA6): It has good toughness, but its rigidity and heat resistance are slightly lower than those of Polyamide 66. Nylon+30%CF : After adding glass fibers, its strength, stiffness and heat resistance are significantly enhanced, making it suitable for higher load and temperature conditions.
