Zro2 Ceramic Ball

Zro2 Ceramic Ball are made from zirconia (ZrO₂) as the raw material, with stabilizers (such as yttrium oxide Y₂O₃) added to achieve a density of 6.0 g/cm³. The zirconia ceramic balls we produce are formed into balls through high-temperature firing, then undergo grinding, fine grinding, and further grinding. Afterwards, they are subjected to photoelectric sorting, and the high-precision G10 zirconia balls are selected out.

Zro2 Ceramic Ball are manufactured by using high-purity and ultra-fine zirconia powder, through special processes such as isostatic pressing and high-temperature firing. Zirconia ceramic balls are widely used because of their excellent properties. Zirconia has relatively high toughness, is prone to breakage, has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and possesses extremely high compressive and flexural strength, capable of withstanding huge loads. It is non-magnetic, with a density of 6.0g/cm³. It is an excellent electrical insulator and has strong corrosion resistance, being able to resist the corrosion of most acids, bases, salts and other chemical solvents. Moreover, it maintains good chemical stability even at high temperatures.
