Its core functions are "one-way sealing" and "controlled release".
Static sealing state (when not pressed):
Under the pressure of the internal spring, the steel ball is tightly seated on the sealing ring of the valve seat (usually made of rubber or plastic).
This seal forms the first barrier, completely enclosing the pressurized contents inside the can (product + propellant), preventing leakage and the escape of the propellant.
Working release status (when pressing the nozzle):
When you press down on the aerosol spray head, the transmission rod moves downward, pushing the steel ball away from the valve seat sealing ring.
Once the seal is broken, the contents under high pressure inside the can immediately pass through the opened channel, and are sprayed out in a mist form via the nozzle assembly.
After releasing the nozzle, the spring quickly pushes the steel ball back to the valve seat, re-establishing the seal and immediately stopping the spray.
