A polypropylene ball is a spherical object made from the thermoplastic polymer polypropylene, which is lightweight, durable, and resistant to heat and chemicals. These balls are used in various applications, including industrial (like covering open tanks to reduce evaporation) and laboratory settings (due to their resistance to water absorption). All our PP balls are made from high-purity polypropylene resin, available in two grades:
Food-grade PP: Complies with FDA standards, non-toxic, odorless, and safe for contact with food, beverages, or pharmaceutical products (e.g., used in food processing equipment, beverage filters).
Industrial-grade PP: Enhanced with anti-aging additives, featuring excellent chemical resistance-resists most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents (suitable for chemical reactors, water treatment systems, or grinding applications).

Quality Assurance
Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.
