Products Description
PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. PEEK is used to fabricate items used in demanding applications, including bearings, piston parts, pumps, HPLC columns, compressor plate valves, and cable insulation. It is one of the few plastics compatible with ultra-high vacuum applications. PEEK Plastic balls are widely used in bearing and other industry.

Our peek plastic ball FAQ :
1. Is PEEK the strongest plastic?
PEEK is one of the strongest engineering plastics, with tensile strength comparable to or higher than reinforced grades of some metals.
2.Is PEEK better than PTFE?
Yes. PEEK has significantly higher tensile strength, stiffness and creep resistance than PTFE. It is better suited to load-bearing and structural applications
3.Is PEEK stronger than titanium?
found that titanium-PEEK (Ti-PEEK) implants are superior to traditional titanium implants in stress shielding and reducing bone resorption. Nevertheless, the mechanical strength of PEEK-based composite materials remains constrained, which is a substantial drawback with regard to long-term clinical success
4.What is PEEK used for?
PEEK is used in the aerospace, automotive, electrical, and medical industries. Because of its robustness, it is used to fabricate items the chemical and engineering industry. Common examples include bearings, piston parts, pumps, HPLC columns, compressor plate valves, and cable insulation.

Company profile
With more than 25 years experience, Kaifeng Bell is a professional solid plastic ball manufacturer in China. Material : Acetal (POM), Polypropylene (PP) ,Nylon (PA PA66) ,PTFE(Teflon) ,PS ,PEEK, Acrylic (PMMA) , etc. Size from 0.8mm to 100mm. Grade G0 G1 G2
We have two factories to produce our balls , one is Located in Henan province (cover 10000 square meters and with more than 200 sets machines), another is located in Shandong province (cover 5000 square meters and with more than 50 sets machines) As plastic ball supply ,we also produce (304 316 316L 440C 420C) stainless steel ball, brass copper ball,(soda-lime&borosilicate) glass ball,Ceramic ball ,Tungsten Carbide Ball, sattelite steel ball,Aluminum Balls . Sizefrom 0.3mm to 100mm Grade from G5 to G1000
Quality Assurance
Our technical engineer has over 30 years experience . After finished to produce balls, we will take sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a sophisticated laboratory, according to specified control plans and dock audit procedures. Once all requirements are met, a test certificate is then prepared for the customer.
